INCLAVI Expert Moderated the Future of Aviation Training Panel at Riga Forum
Aviation education specialist Ivan Berazhny led a forward-looking discussion on industry training challenges at the prestigious Riga Aviation Forum, where representatives of the EU-funded INCLAVI project showcased their work on making air travel more accessible and inclusive for all passengers.

RIGA, Latvia – Ivan Berazhny, Senior Lecturer at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and Project Specialist at INCLAVI, represented our project during a high-profile panel discussion at the recent Riga Aviation Forum.
The session explored critical challenges facing aviation training, including digitalization, financial constraints, quality standards, and pedagogical approaches. Discussions also ventured into future scenarios for training and employment, career development pathways, and intergenerational workplace dynamics.

Several INCLAVI consortium members attended the event, using the opportunity to share recent developments from their EU-funded project with key stakeholders in the aviation sector.
