Valencia made history on March 21, 2023, hosting the inaugural eMobility Expo World Congress where aviation leaders from IATA, iGA Istanbul Airport, and Haaga-Helia University showcased the groundbreaking INCLAVI project alongside discussions on hydrogen propulsion and electric aircraft technologies.
The INCLAVI aviation industry project, which started in September, aims to address the faults of the industry, and improve the free movement of people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

Representatives from eight partner organizations across five European countries gathered at Istanbul Airport this week for a pivotal meeting of the INCLAVI (Inclusive Aviation) consortium, marking a significant step forward in the EU’s efforts to transform air travel accessibility. The ERASMUS+ funded initiative brings together universities, vocational schools, and aviation industry leaders with the shared ambition of eliminating barriers for the more than 100 million Europeans living with disabilities.
Inclusivity needs constant development and recognition of its diversity in all areas of society. Not all disabilities are visible, and they need to be acknowledged everywhere. Regarding this new Erasmus+ project, this stands especially in the sector of aviation.
